We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to create exceptional client experiences and drive sales performance in line with Platinum Sands’s values, legacy, and standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will build meaningful relationships with clients through personalized service, strong product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship.
• Interacts with external walk-in customers to ensure customers satisfaction.
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients
• Collects customer data.
• Responsible for the daily sales collections.
• Identifies sales process improvement opportunities.
• Responsible to keep the stock in good condition (Price tags clean and stored properly).
• Responsible for registering the sales (Cash/ Credit Sales).
• Participates in stock auditing with the internal and external auditors.
• Ensures safety and security of products at all times.
• Arranges and maintains the display
• Develops and maintains sales and promotional materials.
• Develops and creates presentation of company products and services to current and potential clients
• Maintains sales activity records and prepares sales related reports.
• Develops and maintain the customer database.
• Works towards achieving own set objectives to ensure that department level short term strategic goals are met.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of sales experience in luxury.
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively.
